1. Introduction

Welcome to the Carty Method Photography Community hosted on Kajabi. By joining and participating in our community, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). This community is dedicated to fostering a supportive and professional environment for emerging and established photographers.

2. Membership and Account Security

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to join this community.

2.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Community Conduct

3.1. Respect and Professionalism: Treat all members with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

3.2. Content Guidelines: All content shared within the community should be relevant to photography and professional development. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, spam, pornography, violent or graphic content, and illegal activities.

3.3. Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post content that you do not own or have permission to use.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

4.1. Personal Information: Do not share personal information of other members without their consent. This includes contact details, photographs, and any other private information.

4.2. Confidential Discussions: Respect the confidentiality of discussions within the community. Information shared in the community should not be disclosed outside of the group without permission.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you post in the community. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share your content on YouTube with your credit and distribute through the community only to showcase you and what you are doing. With your permission, we may also share your work with your Instagram handle tag on our btpwithcarty Instagram account to promote you and how we help you. We will not sell, duplicate, or use your work for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5.2. Community Content: Content shared by other members is for personal and professional development use within the community only. Do not reproduce or distribute any content without the express permission of the original poster.

5.3. Platform Access: Kajabi, the platform hosting our community, does not have access to your images and content for any purpose beyond providing the hosting service. Kajabi will not use your content to promote Kajabi or their other communities.

6. Prohibited Content

6.1. Firearms and Knives: No photo reviews of any firearms or knives are allowed in this community. This includes any content that features, discusses, or promotes the use of firearms or knives.

6.2. Offensive Content: Any content deemed offensive by YouTube's Community Guidelines is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
• Harassment and Cyberbullying: Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens others.
• Violent or Graphic Content: Content that is excessively violent or contains graphic content intended to shock or disgust viewers.
• Harmful or Dangerous Content: Content that encourages dangerous or illegal activities that risk serious physical harm or death.
• Spam and Scams: Content that is designed to deceive others for personal gain or to promote fraudulent activities.
• Sexual Content: Content that is sexually explicit or involves nudity intended for the purpose of sexual gratification. However, artful nudes or non-sexual nudes are allowed, provided they are presented in a respectful and professional manner.

7. Disciplinary Actions

7.1. Violation of Terms: If you violate any of these terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, including temporary suspension or permanent removal from the community.

7.2. Reporting Violations: If you witness any violations of these terms, please report them to the community administrators immediately.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1. No Warranty: The community is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the community's operation or your participation.

8.2. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the community.
